Preparing for your travel first travel to Mexico? Make sure you pack the necessary stuff for your trip. While there may be plenty of stores familiar to you in this country (as many US retailers have set up operations here), it’s still wise to bring what you need with you, instead of buying it there. This cuts the time you could waste looking for items, if you already have them packed in your bag, and you could enjoy your vacation better.
1) SMALL FIRST AID KIT. This is a must especially when you’re going to Mexico to experience their outdoor adventure. The terrains and conditions of the environment can be tough, which means you or a companion may cut or scrape yourselves while riding the buggy or water skiing. Include bandages and band-aids, cotton swabs, creams that provide relief for blisters, and the like. Also include pain medication as well as something for stomach discomfort. You can pick out a first aid kit at the drugstore, if you do not have the time to sort through all these essentials. You may also need a mosquito repellant if you have to be staying outdoors a lot.
2) A small storage bag, such as a garbage bag. You will use this for laundry or to put wet clothes in after you have gone swimming. You can also use the plastic to store in seashells which you may want to take home as souvenir. But remember though, you’re not supposed to just take anything from underwater so be careful with this.
3) Small cord or rope and duct tape. You may go to some areas in Mexico where the conditions are still rough and tough and may surprisingly experience having your luggage’s handle broken. These essentials provide a quick and temporary fix so that you can still enjoy your trip. You may also want to bring a small sewing kit with you, for emergencies like this.
