The Condesa in Mexico City is comparable to New York’s Village or the Notting Hill in London. It’s a charming mix of the old structures and modern structures. It’s a convergence of bars, cafes, galleries and culturals centers. There is constantly something going on here, whether it’s a posh art opening or a crazy dance party.
The streets of Condesa are lined with lovely trees, which makes the area really cool to hang-around during the day and extra special during the night, as the streets and treest are all decked in lights.
The uber cool are supposedly here a lot, if they are not in the Historic Center.
What’s great about Condesa is the eclectic mix of music and entertainment, which used to be just all about rock, salsa or pop. Dance clubs here present the latest in new wave and dance or trance music, making Condesa much more varied, with many choices.
