If you will travel to mexico, here are some tips to give you some idea about the pedestrian in Mexico:

There are sidewalks and foot bridges in some major cities and towns of Mexico, however, they are not suitable for wheelchairs. There are tree roots, loose foundations, etc that causes the sidewalk to be lowered or raised.

Drivers in Mexico do not usually respect urbanized speed limits. They won’t slow down. Make sure to be alert if you are on the pedestrian lane or walking in the sidewalks or crossing streets.
