VISITING THE CITY OF CHIHUAHUA

Remarkable Paseo De Simon Bolivar In Chihuahua

Chihuahua is a city of contrast located in a dry and sandy area. It is a refulgent capital in the middle of the desert in the north of the country bordering the US. This city is known for its temples of colonial origin, buildings of a van-garde lines, hundred of assembly industries, and its cowboy boots exhibited in some shops.

Chihuahua’s atmosphere is truly Mexican and deeply patriotic, which adds remarkably to the sense of history found here. Its remoteness from the traditional colonial heartland means that it hosts fewer tourists than its counterparts.

Chihuahua’s colonial center is filled with beautiful colonial buildings, mansions, and palaces. Most of these are open to the public as well as the fine museums. Among these are the ex-houses of two of Mexico’s most famous leaders. This is a city with an authentic Mexican feeling, a really friendly atmosphere, an important historical significance, and a selection of fine attractions.

Some of these attractions are for example the city’s cathedral which overlooks the busy main plaza where a small-band-like structures host a series of of shoe shiners busy polishing shoes and cowboy boots that can be seen everywhere here. Chihuahua is the best place to shop for fine quality boots at a reasonable price. This place is really is Mexico’s cowboy city.

The Government Palace is built in the traditional style with an impressive courtyard by a series of passageways and room. Today they are all official Government offices. The Palace is one of the finest in Mexico.

Paseo de Simon Bolivar is a picturesque avenue lined with old colonial Villas and Mansions and a nice park where families gather to play, eat, drink and relax. like I said Chihuahua is bordering the US so if you can, you should come and visit this beautiful Mexican city.
