If you are traveling to Mexico with Your Digital Camera, here are some tips that you may want to know:
If you are bringing a DSLR with a nice zoom lens, and you are headed to one of the beaches of Mexico, be careful of using your digital camera because the sands of Mexico beaches are so fine that they could actually jam your zoom lens when it closes making your camera inoperable. To avoid this always clean and make sure your zoom lens is free from debris before closing it. You can just also bring a wide angle prime lens and a 50mm lens to avoid the zooming effect.
Do not forget to carry lots of memory cards. Mexico has full of wonderful places to visit that you almost want to carry them back with your DSLR. So, instead of restraining yourself with our clicks, you might as well want to bring more memory cards.
Do not forget your batteries and your camera charger. Your digital camera or DSLR will be working double time when you go to Mexico so consider the fact that you will be charging them when you are in Mexico.
These are just some of the tips that I can share with you base from my experiences. Good luck and happy trip!
