The laws are all aginst non mexcians if you ahve an accident. the logic is that if you had not come to MEXCIO THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THAT ACCIDENT AND THEREFORE YOU ARE AT FAULT. bRING LOTS OF CASH.
