The heart of San Miguel which is Guanajuato is known for their colorful ceramic art. There are two renowned shops there where you find the best of these ceramic products. One is the Zocalo where a wide array of artisan clay masks, pottery, Mexican folk art, figurines and ceramics are on display. All the artistic products here were made by various national Mexican artists.
