I just returned from San José del Cabo and I visited San Lucas as well. I know that there is a second airport in the area. The one that I flew in and out of, SJD, San José del Cabo International Airport but when I visited San Lucas, I discovered that there is another airport in San Lucas. I am not sure if this airport is only for domestic flights within Mexico, but they do have a commercial airport in San Lucas.
